As someone who has been working out consistently for about 7 years, I have grown to realize the importance of having good workout gear. I would definitely consider myself a thrifty person, but when it comes to purchasing workout necessities, I'll usually spend a bit extra because I know you get what you pay for.
Lucky me, I was sent a free sports bra to try made by Zensah Compression Apparel. While I love getting packages, I love getting new fitness gear even more! I was super excited to see that they sent me a pink sports bra - pink just happens to be one of my favorite colors!
What makes the Zensah running bra special, you might be wondering?
- It comes in 10 fun colors - you can seriously get this bra in almost any color!
- It's completely seamless, which means no chaffing and is made with a light and comfortable material
- It's anti-bacterial, thermal regulating & moisture-wicking.
I was so excited to test out this lovely pink bra that I got it ready to wear to the gym the next morning. I did a 6-mile speed workout and you know what? I never thought about my comfort at all during the run. Not once. For me, this spells success!
No sports bra dripping in sweat (thanks wicking technology), no pesky chaffing, no - um - lack of support and it was an all-around comfortable running bra. When you don't have to think about your clothing during a run - it's a good thing because it means you're totally comfortable!
While the bra is a bit pricier than some sports bras ($35.99), you do get what you pay for. I've definitely run in my share of bras that have caused serious chaffing and discomfort and in the end, it's not worth it.You usually end of chucking those sports bras pretty quickly.
So if you're looking to replace your old, worn-out sports bras, I fully recommend trying a Zensah running bra. You can order the entire rainbow of running bras - and I just might!
You can never have too much workout gear!
