How do I track my order?
You may track your order through the link provided to your email address approximately 24 hours after you place your order.
 
How long does it take to ship?
At Zensah we strive to deliver the best customer service experience possible. Our warehouse ships Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. It can take up to 2 business days from the order date for your package to ship.
 
How long does shipping take and what are the shipping options?
Shipping transit times vary based on the method of shipment and your location (we ship out of Hallandale Beach, Florida). You would be provided with a tailored estimate in number of days while placing your order allowing you to choose the method of shipment that will best fit your needs.

UPS orders will not be delivered on Saturdays. Only business days (Monday - Friday) count towards time in transit.

Please note: If you place a UPS 2nd Day Order Wednesday after 3PM EST, it will not arrive until Monday of the following week.
 
Where do you ship from?
We ship out of Hallandale Beach, Florida.
 
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we are shipping internationally to select countries with USPS First-Class International shipping. The typical estimated international transit time is 14 - 28 days, however this may be affected by holidays, and general shipping delays. Customers are responsible for duties and associated fees for international imports. See below for destinations and rates for international shipping.
 
Canada & Mexico Shipping Rates: $20
Hong Kong, Philippines, Singapore, Europe. Shipping Rates: $25
Unfortunately at this time we are not able to offer international shipping with DHL or other carriers. Shipping to select countries only.
   
  

Returns and Exchanges

We know that we make the most awesome feeling sports apparel on earth. However, nothing is perfect, and we understand that. We want your purchasing experience to be the best with Zensah. We can exchange or refund your purchase as long as it is returned within 60 days. Zensah does not provide return labels. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Face coverings, and underwear (Limitless Thong & Bikini) are not returnable items due to the nature of those products. Please see our Face Mask FAQs for more detail.

How do I return or exchange my product?

You could simply send it back to us, addressed to “Zensah Returns” or "Attn: Returns" at our corporate address. Be sure to include a note stating your order number as well as instructions on whether the product is a return or an exchange. If the product is an exchange, please include what you would like it exchanged for, and if it’s a return, the reason why you are returning it.

How long does it take for a return or exchange to be processed?
It generally takes 3-5 business days to process a return or exchange after we have received it.
 
Do you offer returns or exchanges for international shipments?
We accept returns for international purchases, however return shipping of the item(s) to the above address is the responsibility of the sender. Zensah is not responsible for lost, mishandled shipments in transit.
At present, we do not offer exchanges for international shipments.
