At Zensah we strive to deliver the best customer service experience possible. Our warehouse ships Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Almost all orders placed before 1PM EST go out the same day.
UPS orders will not be delivered on Saturdays. Only business days (Monday - Friday) count towards time in transit.
We offer international shipping via the USPS. Please add the items you wish to purchase to your cart for shipping costs, as they vary by country and weight. We also ship to APO/FPO military addresses via USPS.
Please note: If you place a UPS 2nd Day Order Wednesday after 3PM EST, it will not arrive until Monday of the following week.

Returns & Exchanges
We know that we make the most awesome feeling sports apparel on earth. Nothing is perfect, and we understand that.
We want your purchasing experience to be the best with Zensah. We can exchange or refund your purchase as long as it is returned within 30 days. All you need to do is send back your purchase with the original / copy of the picking ticket or your order number. If you would like an exchange, let us know what item you would like. If you are returning the item, please let us know why.
