Ideal for low and high impact, from yoga to running, or even just lounging or athleisure. Specially designed women's running leggings are similar to our bike shorts and have the perfect fit for women's bodies.
Seamless, four way stretch fabric allows for free movement, while staying fitted to the body, and using compression for support, without feeling restricted. Featuring a 7/8 inch length, these leggings are made to hit above the ankle and at the bottom of the calf.

I tried out the running leggings this past week and they are my new favorite. They are so soft and fit comfortably. They look great and I like the high waist and side pocket for my phone. I cannot wait to get more runs in them!

These leggings are awesome! They feel comfortable on and look good. The green color is gorgeous - actually better than I’d imagined. I purchased a size large just to ensure that they weren’t too compressive but likely didn’t need to.

I've only ran in these once so far, but they stayed up through my 7 miles and are so soft, slightly compressive, and move as second skin. Love the high waist for extra warmth.

So, everyday I go to work with leggings...and these are THE BEST!!! So comfy, lightweight and slightly compressive. I had the Seamless Bike Shorts, and these are like a HUGE UPGRADE.

I was a huge fan of Zensah's bike shorts and gave these a try, and I might like them even better!! They're basically a longer 7/8 length version of the bike shorts with the same ribbing, same close fit, and same breathability. The fabric is super super soft, the rise is perfect (I like a high-waist rise) and the colors match all of my Zensah sports bras. 10/10 recommend!!!!!

I was looking for a supportive compression legging that I could wear during the day with regular clothes. This legging had hardly any support so I returned them. The rep told me you have a high-compression legging but the logo at the knee meant I couldn’t wear it with regular clothes.
