When choosing a size, calf size should be used as the primary determinant. We list height for those who do not know their calf size. If between two sizes, recommend sizing down.

These are my favorite Zensah product ever! I've been a huge fan of the various Zensah Compression sleeves for many years but the POP Compression Sleeves are the icing on the cake. The bold colors are terrific for being seen while training. They offer the support I need while racing and they aid my legs to a speedy recovery after hard training runs and races. They're simply fabulous!!! Whether I'm training for a Marathon or an Ultra Marathon, these are my "Go To" sleeves for keeping my legs feeling fresh.
I love these compression sleeves. They are the first ones I have ever owned and I tend to have bigger calves so I was concerned my calves would feel squished or they would be uncomfortable after wearing them for an extended period of time (longer than 20 minute). I put them on the other night and went for my first class for C25K and they were amazing!! Not only did they keep my legs at temperature on the cooler evening but my calf muscles did not feel the normal strain that I often get when I try to go running. I love not only how they are put together but also the pictures that are on there. There is a seam that I put in the back of my calf but it does not rub or create any tender spots. I love these and will be looking into getting a second pair as well as some arm sleeves. Would highly recommend.
I absolutely love Zensah products but their compression sleeves are my Favorite. They keep my legs from hurting so much when running long distance and I wear them after long runs to aid in recovery. Also love all the cool colorful prints!
BACKGROUND: I’m a nurse, and I’ve noticed that at the end of a busy shift, my feet get swollen and really fatigued. Lots of my coworkers wear compression socks, but this looked like a better option because shins don’t get that sweaty, but feet do: why not just keep my existing socks and get these, instead of throwing out perfectly good socks and spending $200+ on a week’s worth of compression socks? Other concerns I have are 1. I have skinny legs, so would the XS actually have any effect on me? and 2. I really hate tight elastic that is so commonly used at the tops of compression socks. METHOD: I did some online research, and out of the handful of compression sleeve manufacturers, Zensah looked to be the most solid with quality and specialty. So I bought this pair in XS. RESULTS: They’re comfortable, they don’t slip or bind/choke my legs to death, and my feet and legs felt great at the end of the shift. I could have gone dancing afterward. Or work another 4 hours (I’d rather go dancing). CONCLUSION: I have no hesitation in recommending this product. Plus, the prints are awesome.
