The original Grit socks had excellent cushioning without being thick, were great for warm and cold weather, kept feet dry, and never caused blisters.
We took that innovative design, and added even more polypropylene and merino wool content to make them lighter and more breathable, better at wicking moisture to keep feet dry, and better at regulating temperature.

Great sock! No blisters
Since I started using Zensah I have never again had blisters running. I love this sock and use it for triathlon a lot too since it is so easy to get on. Also the wool component works amazing in the cold weather AND in the heat. I have used grit socks in freezing and 80°F+. If I am doing a race or a workout that pace matters, this is my sock.

I’m not usually a fan of quarter or no-show socks, but these are great! So soft and comfortable. Great for running — but also for lounging!

LOVE these socks :) I do wish they were made in a taller crew size, but these are fantastic, a bit warmer than the typical Zensah socks I have!

Looking for an alternative to the over-priced SmWool running socks. These are just as good and much more reasonably priced. I will buy more for sure.

I originally purchased for running, but have found they are the best thing for my feet whenever I am uptight. Absolutely the best socks for arch support.

Minor differences from the Original. The blend changed slightly. If you walk around without shoes on a slick surface VS the original Grit sock you will slip a little more because the bottom padding pattern changed. The compression is different also. So buy and try. If you still like the older version better I would stock up if they decide not to make them anymore. And if they discontinue the Original I would buy these because they got the blend right where it does not feel like you are wearing synthetic socks.

These socks did not work for me, several other Zensah socks do. The pattern on the bottom of the sock stuck to the shoe more than my foot causing a rubbing between my foot and the sock that would have led to blistering.
