My hamstrings have been a bit tired lately from increased mileage as I train for my next 100 miler. These thigh sleeves definitely help minimize the tiredness so I can get additional miles in without being as tired/sore during and afterwards. I have worn them up to 6 hours and they stay put. I have also tried running with one sleeve on one thigh and no sleeve on the other thigh and the thigh without the sleeve started to tire quicker. I highly recommend these thigh sleeves to help with hamstring issues. I'm sure they would also be helpful with quad issues as well.
My coach has made it her mission to make my hip/leg more comfortable while rowing, this sleeve was one of my solutions and it’s been helping!
I get frequent hamstring pulls so I usually have to wear compression tights when running. But when I get a pull, the compression tights don't do much for support. I'd tried neoprene thigh wraps but they tend to pinch my skin and make me sweat -- very uncomfortable. I tried a Zensah thigh wrap, and it works so much better. No sweating. It stays in place. If only it could cure the hamstring pull, it would be perfect!
It gives a fine amount of compression without cutting off circulation. I already bought a second thigh compression sleeve because I was so happy with the first one.
This sleeve has helped to reduce the volume of my barking hamstring. Nice.
