I have been wearing Zensah arm sleeves for years. The new Dean Karnazes design looks great. I will be wearing them at the Western States 100 this year. Zensah arm sleeves have gotten me through numerous races including many ultra marathons. The arm sleeves provide sun protection on exposed trails or hot sunny days. You can use them to keep cool by soaking them at aid stations or putting ice in them. At night, or in cold weather, they help keep you warm. I highly recommend giving them a try!

I recently wore these sun sleeves out on a hot trail run in Colorado. They were perfect! They stayed up without being too tight or uncomfortable, didn't chafe, and I actually think they kept my arms feeling cooler than they would have felt if they were exposed to the sun. I love the print too. The quote on the inner arm definitely helped me stay motivated and push hard.
