Personally speaking, I have found this to be an effective pre-race/ pre-workout combo that is not a gut bomb:
I put these in a blender or blender bottle to mix.
Plus (I take these as individual capsules)
This combo contains NO harsh stimulants, artificial sugars, artificial flavors, or allergens. It is not the best tasting mix but it works with no side effects and no tummy troubles!
