Refund policy

We want your purchasing experience to be the best with Zensah. We can exchange or refund your purchase as long as it is returned within 60 days and in new/unworn condition. Zensah does not provide return labels. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Face coverings are not returnable items due to the nature of those products.

Underwear are also not returnable or eligible for exchange. Underwear products are final sale.

How do I return of exchange my product?

You could simply send it back to us, addressed to “Zensah Returns” or "Attn: Returns" at our corporate address. Be sure to include a note stating your order number as well as instructions on whether the product is a return or an exchange. If the product is an exchange, please include what you would like it exchanged for, and if it’s a return, the reason why you are returning it.

How long does it take for a return or exchange to be processed?
