    Shipping and Tracking

    You may track your order through the link provided to your email address approximately 24 hours after you place your order.
    At Zensah we strive to deliver the best customer service experience possible. Our warehouse ships Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Almost all orders placed before 1PM EST go out the same day and within 24 hours at any other time.
    Shipping transit times vary based on the method of shipment and your location (we ship out of Hallandale Beach, Florida). You would be provided with a tailored estimate in number of days while placing your order allowing you to choose the method of shipment that will best fit your needs.
    UPS orders will not be delivered on Saturdays. Only business days (Monday - Friday) count towards time in transit.
    Please note: If you place a UPS 2nd Day Order Wednesday after 3PM EST, it will not arrive until Monday of the following week.
    We ship out of Hallandale Beach, Florida.
    Of course! We ship via USPS Priority International for which we charge a flat rate of $20 to any destination around the world. If you would like different or quicker method of delivery, please send us an email with your request to customer@zensah.com. We also ship to APO/FPO military addresses via USPS.

    Returns and Exchanges

    We know that we make the most awesome feeling sports apparel on earth. However, nothing is perfect, and we understand that. We want your purchasing experience to be the best with Zensah. We can exchange or refund your purchase as long as it is returned within 30 days.

    You could simply send it back to us, addressed to “Zensah Returns” at our corporate address. Be sure to include a note stating your order number as well as instructions on whether the product is a return or an exchange. If the product is an exchange, please to include what you would like it exchanged for, and if it’s a return, the reason why you are returning it.     It generally takes 3-5 business days to process a return or exchange after we have received it.
