These are essential for me. I have permanent injuries from firefighting. I hurt my right arm strength training and it was hurting to run as I swung my arms back and forth. I got these to keep my forearm compressed and it worked. I was able to run with little to no pain, and I also used them while I slept after two weeks my arm feels way better.
