Great compression Sleeve perfect for running

Easy to put on and not so bulky that it’s hard to get your shoe on. Got one for me and my daughter and we absolutely love them. She had a lot of plantar fasciitis pain and it helped her tremendously. Easy to wash recommend putting it in one of the small mesh bags so it doesn’t go into another article of clothing and then you search for it after washing or drying. Easy to dry without the dryer too.

Another wow product. After a long run I put these on and it’s like a warm hug for my arches. I just ran a half last weekend, put these on and it was the first time my feet weren’t a hold up to my day

I don't run without these PF sleeves

I just purchased my 5th pair of Zensah PF sleeves. I wear them every time I run, so I need several pair! They give my arch and ankles the perfect amount support, because sometimes your shoes don't give you the support you need.

These sleeves are great both for plantar fasciitis prevention and for support of the lower Achilles tendon to prevent problems there. I never run without them.

Plantar fasciitis

The sleeve is helpful. It ‘bites in’ a bit around the foot and arch, so I take it off at intervals, but it does help.

Helps with edema

I often get swelling in my ankles and feet for inexplicable reasons and I like wearing shorts and sandals in the summer—but the swelling looks and feels hideous. The compression sleeves help keep the swelling down and the cute colors look ok with shorts—and the open toes accommodate flip flops.
