So the meat thing about Zenzah is that they actually keep you cooler in extreme heat. They are also comfy to wear all day. I wear them when I walk long distances in heat, and when I teach. So amazing!

If you are looking for a great compression sleeve for shin splints, I highly recommend. I have purchased multiple for myself through the years and for all my family. Don't waste your money and purchase another brand, you will regret it. ZENZAH, is the only brand worth it.

I use compression sleeves for recovery and wow!! Best set I’ve owned! They don’t pinch but they do their job. I’m 4’11” with athletic calf muscles do I got the s/m and they fit perfectly (minus the fact I’m super short and I wish they weren’t as long) but that’s totally not something zensah can control. Get these!
