They are great. I've been having trouble with nerves on the top of my foot. I had to get a cortisone shot and these little puppies were excellent to support my foot without being to tight. What is great about them is you can use them from the arch up toward the bottom of the big toe and they stay on and do the job. I'm a happy camper.

Wonderful!
I wear these when I exercise so I will not get plantar fasciitis again ("so far, so good"). I also wear the plantar fasciitis sleeves too. These work perfectly!

Happy Feet
My left foot (and only my left foot) has a high arch and as a result that foot has a tendency to be cranky. I've found the Zensah Arch Support Sleeves to be a huge aid in helping that foot stay happy. YAY for happy feet!

Just what I needed!
These arch support sleeves help compress wonderfully an area that I'm trying to strengthen. While I first got them to heal this area of my foot, I now use them when I think my shoes will be too flat and cause my arch to ache. I have recommended these to folks at the yoga studio and at work. I recommend them to you, too!

These give the support I needed. They are small, but “powerful”. The low profile allow for wearing over or under a sock without any bulk, but lots of firm support.

Helped shin splints
Significantly improved shin splints with improved arch support. Didn't realize my arches were falling bc my arches are somewhat high. These feel and fit wonderfully. Sometimes I wear one, sometimes both feet get the treatment.
