The Zensah Knee Compression Sleeve has a non-slip design to provide pin-point compression supporting the knee muscle and IT band. A silicone grip ensures that the workout knee sleeve stays in place during activity. Runners, cyclists, basketball players and all athletes are able to use the knee support sleeve during or after activity to help with muscle recovery and pain relief, as the compression technology in the knee sleeve helps to improve blood circulation for faster recovery.

I like that the knee sleeve is thin and stays in place. Works great for my knee replacement. Excellent compression!
Have not had a chance to try them in the Dojo but based on the little bit of wear I’ve had walking around the house, they feel good and stay in place well. They feel good quality and hope they last a while. I plan on taking them with me on my travels abroad since I’ll be lots of walking all over Central Europe. Having both knee replacements has weakened the muscles a bit (as well as being almost 71 yrs) and the added support goes a long way to keeping me active.
Fits well stays in place
I enjoy the ease of putting it on and appreciate the support it gives.

Works well for being on my feet during work days. No knee pain.
the brace worked better than I expected , it held my knee in place with stability.good product.
These provide lateral stability for my knees and I wear them daily. They stay in place and are comfortable.
I love these for knee pain as I got up and down stairs every 1/2 hour. They are likely preventing a doctors visit
Offers great compression and doesn’t slip down on your leg. 10/10
Great support & ease of wearing under clothes.
Excellent. Helps when walking dogs & playing golf. Gives support without being restrictive.
My wife says they work well and provide relief.
I'm happy to report that the knee sleeve is a game changer! It has a super slim profile and is easy to put on. The top and bottom bands of the sleeve are wide and fit comfortably on my leg. The support it offers is incredible. I wore the sleeve for 2 full days while pushing my mother in a wheelchair up and down the hills of Hershey park. I did not feel any strain or pain in my knee whatsoever. I will be suggesting this sleeve to my friend who also has knee problems. I just wish it came in more colors.
These are really quite reliable knee compression sleeves, I mainly use them for periods of extended time on my feet due to my bad knees. The soreness and pain in my knees from hiking, standing or lifting is greatly reduced whilst wearing these. They usually last me around 6 months, which for $25 a sleeve seems like a good amount of time of use for the price. While it's advertised with a "non-slip design" I find I get a fair bit of slippage on newer sleeves and the lower part of the sleeve that rests on the top of the calf rolls up a bit. However, I see these as minor inconveniences as once the silicone is a little wet and is allowed to stick to the skin a bit, the sleeves don't slip all that much for a while. I only have to pull them back up after a few hours once they stop sliding initially. The rolling of the lower part of the sleeve isn't all that annoying, though I feel like it would cut off some circulation if you sized down for a tighter fit, but this is also easily fixed by adjusting it, as I find it only really happens when I get in and out of a car while wearing them. Given these are easily remedied and the knee being the weird joint it is, I see no point in docking stars for something that is bound to happen, even with a more expensive sleeve. I've worn these in all seasons an can say it won't make you feel warmer in the summer or chafe, even with the cotton material. On the opposite end in the winter they actually keep my legs warm as well, not as well as pants but I've worn them when running in the winter with only gym shorts on my legs and it was warm enough to run a 5k. Overall I would definitely recommend a set of these if you have pain or soreness in your knee(s), they help tons and make my knees feel almost brand new when I wear them.
