ABOUT THE PRODUCT:
The Zensah Copper Running Socks feature copper ions embedded in the Cupron Yarn. The running socks offer targeted arch support to reduce arch pain.

These are the softest, most "cushiony" pair of socks I own. The extra thickness helped to keep my feet warm during a cold-weather race, too, without having to double-up by wearing 2 pairs of socks.
I have Achilles tendinosis in both Achilles. My strength coach suggested buying a copper bracelet to aid in the recovery of the tendons. When I discovered that Zensah had copper socks (I have the compression leg sleeve) I ordered the socks. To my surprise, wearing the copper socks has aided in the healing process. Liked them so much that after buying two pair, I ordered another three pair-different colors of course!
Most comfortable sock yet
I was a little skeptical about these socks at first, but they quickly became my favorite pair of socks. They're extremely comfortable and feel cool and keep your feel dry. I wear a size 9 shoe and the Large felt like a better fit than the medium. I like my socks a bit loose whereas the medium fit me but were very snug.
❖ These socks are more than comfortable to wear. They provide ample cushioning to make each step feel like a walk in the clouds. ❖ The sizing on the chart provided above is accurate (at least for the size larges that I am wearing) ❖ There is a tighter band around the arch of your foot that adds some support for flat feet like mine. This makes walking in these socks comfortable. ❖ The material is thick but it breathes very well. I wore them for a short run earlier and my feet stayed dry. I haven't taken them off for the last 4 hours since and they remain cool and comfortable. That includes an hour mowing my lawn on a hot day. They don't smell either! ❖ The socks are not reversible. They are specifically designed for the left and right feet. And there is an L and R on each to help keep it straight. I received a sample of this product to thoroughly test and review.
great for hiking too
Big argument over these socks. I thought the copper was for healing properties and all the good benefits you hear about from copper, and my son (the hiker) said no, it's for anti-microbial benefits. We went round and round about it. But the ultimate test was that these arrived right before a Big Sur hiking trip he took this weekend. He loved them. Not sure which of our opinions was correct, but seven hour hikes take a toll and his feet were not as messed up as usual. One thing he commented on was that socks need to be snug so they don't bunch up and cause blisters, and these were snug as they should be. YET, he said he could still wiggle his toes and that they didn't feel as tight and compressive as some of his other hiking socks. In other words, they were comfortable. He liked the design (as did his friends). They just look neat. Like if Keith Haring designed a sock. As for the antimicrobial benefits? Well, these were pretty smelly when I did the wash when he got home but they got put through the mill on the hike. And he did get covered with poison oak, but no sock can prevent that! Another thing he mentioned was the low height kept them from getting foxtails and other weeds stuck in them, whereas some of his buddies socks had to be tossed as they were so infested with weeds and plant material. Big like on these!!! I rec'd these as a sample for inspection and review at no charge.
