1. Love Running.
You should like it. Running should not be an obligation, you should do it with pleasure, you should love it and you should make it part of your life and your days even on vacation. #runningeverywhere
2. Be strong.
Mixing your workouts with a little gym and weights is always ideal, remember that we must be strong to improve our performance. Don't forget to warm up before and after each workout.
3. Be constant.
Consistency and discipline is the key to success. If we can't run long distances, they should be short, but LET'S GO RUN!
4. Healthy Food
A good diet will always help us improve our performance. The best food every runner should include in her meal plan are: Bananas, Oats, Broccoli, Plain Yogurt, Whole Grain Pasta, Coffee (for coffee lovers), Potatoes and Eggs.
5. Use our body correctly.
Always look forward. Your arms should go forward and back without crossing the center line of our body, with relaxed shoulders, watching our steps and always breathing properly.
