What got you started:  My dad started myself and my siblings at a very young age.  He has been a PGA professional for 38 years!

Biggest accomplishment of your career: Winning 6 state titles in 5 years and making it to the final stage of LPGA Qualifying School twice.

What parts of your training are key to your success?  I dedicate five days a week to a fitness routine that includes interval training, explosive exercises, core strengthening, and stretching.  The majority of my practice is dedicated to sharpening wedge shots from 120 yards on in and shots around the green.

What is the biggest challenge you face in your sport, and what do you do to overcome it? The biggest challenge while I played on tour was to find enough financial aid to have the time to practice and prepare for the upcoming season.  The power of the mind and belief that everything would fall into place was how I overcome this challenge.

What is your favorite Zensah product and why? My favorite Zensah product for golf would be my Compression Leg Sleeves to help keep my legs fresh whether I’m teaching or competing.  My favorite Zensah product for workouts are my compression Recovery Capris so I am able to do interval training multiple times a week.

Who/what inspires you? My grandfather has always been my inspiration!  He traveled with me throughout the country as I competed as a junior golfer, collegiate athlete, and on the professional circuit.  My fiancé is also a big inspiration and has always supported me in all my endeavors.  I’m lucky to have a positive support system.
