Way better than expected to be honest! I bought the sleep Socks - they work way better than compression socks do, not sure why - but I’ve never liked sleeping with socks but wanted to try “heat” as they explained as a recovery method and I must say…. It’s working…. I work out hard, run, play racketball and softball and when I go to bed I now sleep with the heat socks and wake up more recovered than without. I’m buying more! ❤️
