Happy New Year! 2020 is officially behind us (thankfully), and we are looking forward to a better year ahead. Now is the time we plan our New Year’s resolutions and start working towards achieving those goals. However, studies show these resolutions can be difficult to keep, and that most people abandon theirs by February. So, if you are determined to set and meet your fitness goals in 2021, here is some advice from our very own Zensah ambassadors.
